Job Description

Main responsibilities:

-Sales planning and execution, includes following up with suppliers/procurement team for ordering, stock management, shipment issues, claims etc
-Develop and execute on sustainable strategies to grow business and customer base
-Develop marketing strategies to expand our portfolio brands exposure
-Consolidate daily market feedback and report to management
-Handle a wide range of issues with optimal solutions
-Identify market trends and action on it
-Ad hoc administrative matters

Job Requirements:
-Experience in fresh produce is highly preferred
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in a confident and decisive manner
-Excellent organisation, time management skills and able to work under pressure
-Commercial mindset
-Strong negotiation, analytical and numerical skills
-Excellent command of written English. Other foreign language skills would be an advantage
-Self-starter with a hands-on mentality who has the passion and determination to work hard and meet or exceed goals
-Ability to evaluate difficult and changing market factors and recommend or implement effective courses of action
